Vyntrionexpro SAS (hereinafter "the Company"), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B 912 456 789, with its registered office at 47 Rue de Turbigo, 75003 Paris, France, is committed to protecting the privacy of its users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the amended French Data Protection Act.
1. Data controller

2. Data collected
As part of our tax optimization consulting and administrative support services, we collect the following categories of data: identification data (surname, first name, postal address), contact details (email address, telephone number), data relating to your tax and social situation provided voluntarily, browsing data and technical cookies necessary for the site to function, and IP address for security purposes and anonymized statistical analysis.
3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes: processing your contact and consultation requests (legal basis: execution of pre-contractual measures), analysis of your eligibility for social and tax benefits (legal basis: consent), sending information about our services if you have consented (legal basis: consent), improving our site and services (legal basis: legitimate interest), and compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).
4. Data recipients
Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients: our authorized employees in the course of their duties, our technical subcontractors (hosting, maintenance) established in the European Union, administrations and public bodies in connection with your procedures if you authorize us, and competent authorities in case of legal obligation. Your personal data is retained for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it is processed: contact and consultation data: 3 years from last contact, browsing data: 13 months maximum, administrative documents: applicable legal period (generally 5 years). Beyond these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights: right of access to your personal data, right of rectification of inaccurate data, right to erasure (right to be forgotten), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object to processing, and right to withdraw your consent at any time. In case of dispute, you may contact the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
